Membership Options
What membership plans are available?
There are two membership tiers: Upper Face and Full Face. The Upper Face Membership covers the forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet. The Full-Face Membership covers all clinically appropriate treatment areas (excluding masseter and neck tox).
How many visits are included in my membership?
Both plans include up to four (4) tox appointments per 12-month term, with treatments scheduled every 90 days.
Is there a unit limit per visit?
Upper Face members receive a maximum of 65 units per visit. Full Face members are treated per what is clinically appropriate for their full-face areas.
Pricing & Payment
What are my payment options?
You can pay monthly or annually (in full). Monthly rates are $189/month for Upper Face and $289/month for Full Face, each requiring a deposit equal to one month's dues. Annual rates are $2,268 for Upper Face and $3,468 for Full Face — and the deposit is waived when paying in full.
Is a deposit required, and what happens to it?
A deposit is required only for monthly plans ($189 for Upper Face / $289 for Full Face). It stays on file, rolls over at annual renewal, and may be applied toward a full-priced service or retail product only after completing the 12-month term with proper written non-renewal notice. It is forfeited if the membership is cancelled early or due to non-payment, and it has no cash value.
Are membership payments refundable?
No. All membership payments are non-refundable
What happens if my payment fails?
We will attempt to process your payment three (3) times. If all attempts fail, the membership will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
How do I update my card on file?
Card updates must be made by phone. We do not accept card updates via email or text message.
Commitment & Cancellation
How long is the membership commitment?
The membership requires a 12-month commitment beginning on your Start Date. It renews automatically each year.
How do I cancel or prevent auto-renewal?
You must submit written notice at least 30 days before your renewal date to admin@raeaesthetic.com or ashley@raeaesthetic.com. Verbal, text, or social media messages are not accepted as valid notice.
Is there a fee for cancelling early?
Yes. If you cancel before completing your 12-month term, a $500 early termination fee applies.
Can I re-enroll after cancelling?
Yes, but re-enrollment will require a new 12-month agreement. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before re-enrolling.

Upgrades & Downgrades
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, upgrades are permitted at any time as long as your account is active and has no outstanding balance. A $100 difference is due if upgrading mid-billing cycle, and any applicable deposit difference will be collected. Note that upgrading begins a new 12-month term.
Can I downgrade my membership?
Downgrades are only permitted after completing three (3) consecutive months of billing and when your account is current.
Pauses & Suspension
What if I have a medical condition that prevents treatment?
A medical accommodation pause of up to 9 consecutive months is available with a doctor's note. Eligibility is evaluated after each completed 3-month billing cycle. Your account must be active and in good standing. The pause extends your membership term, and billing resumes automatically after the accommodation period ends.

How do I submit any changes to my membership?
All changes — including cancellation, non-renewal, upgrades, downgrades, and pause requests — must be submitted in writing to: admin@raeaesthetic.com or ashley@raeaesthetic.com.
